The Jump Audio RXM is a simple wired in-ear monitor system. It is basically a remote volume control for a headphone amp. It works great for studios, choirs, singers, church and worship bands, drummers, keyboard players, and anyone else looking for a simple in-ear system. It is a great alternative to the Shure PSM 600 wired system. The system works equally well in touring or fixed installations.
A single RXM system can also be used with an Aux send from a monitor board by using one of the Jump Audio Aux Adapters - see Below.
The system comes with either a 1/8 inch headphone jack or a 1/4 inch headphone jack.
The system includes the following:
The very sturdy RXM Bodypack is built to last. It has a volume knob that acts as a remote volume control for any headphone amplified signal. The XLR jack is a Neutrik connector, not a miniature proprietary jack! There are 2 molded belt clips for added stability and durability, not a wimpy wire belt clip! And, because the chasis is made from extruded aluminum, it is very lightweight.
The RXM Cable is a custom 18 foot TRS to XLR cable. It connects the RXM Bodypack to any headphone amp. Both the XLR and TRS are Neutrik connectors.
A single RXM system can also be used with an Aux send from a monitor board by using one of the Jump Audio Aux Adapters. The Adapter you need depends on what type of Aux send you have (XLR or TRS). You can also use the RXM Bodypack with standard XLR cables by using one of the XLR Aux Adapters.
