We are a small company for musicians, run by musicians. Our mission is to make your gig more enjoyable.

We strive to make our products sturdy, simple, reliable and affordable.

We offer a variety of in-ear monitor systems and solutions for bands and individual musicians. The products that we offer are products that we have developed for our own needs. We have researched, tested, and developed them on the road and in the real world of performing musicians.

We are here to help and answer any questions you might have about in-ear monitors. We know what it's like to need good customer service. We stand by our products and guarantee that you will be completely satisfied. We know this because we have used these products for years in our own touring experiences. Enjoy!

3 Year - Jump Audio Warranty

We offer a 3 year warranty on all Jump Audio products.  (Other products are subject to their maufacturer warranties).  If anything breaks on your Jump Audio product, make sure you email us first to see if we can trouble shoot the problem.  If we can't, then you can ship the product back to us and we will fix it and ship it back to you.

Shipping

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via USPS Priority with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by any other means, please contact us.  Additional shipping fees may apply.  International shipments are shipped via USPS.  Some orders may be broken up into 2 separate shipments
